How long to complete from offer letter

Hi All

I applied for a remotgage with Principality and received my offer letter 2 weeks ago. Does anybody have any idea how long the remortgage will take to complete now as i havent heard anything since?

Ask the solicitor.

It's basically up to them to act on your instructions with regards to completion.

If they're doing their job properly, they should be fairly close to ready ... it may just be a case of timing things to avoid paying unnecessary penalties with your existing lender.
