Not that they are legally obliged to, I s'pose, but you'd think they'd look at other shops policies and think 'oh, the goodwill refund policy looks like a good idea and we might keep some customers too'...

I thought that if you bought online they legally had to refund you if you changed your mind within a certain number of days?

I have seen terrible customer service but Office customer service is almost as bad as it gets! Takes ages to deliver shoes and if it's out of stock they fail to tell you. I returned some shoes and they failed to credit me. They fail to respond to emails then they confirm that a lot of correct emails get lost in their spam mail. They give the impression of a company goping down the pan. Senior C.S. reps really don't care and help very little.

Compare this to their competitor Shuh - delivered within 2 days, text to tell you the courier will arrive later that day and any returns processed efficiently...

I just ordered a beautiful pair of boots (Chad) in size 7 to be told they are not in stock... (Why were they in stock on the website?!!!)
As I was ordering the boots anyway, I also ordered a couple of pairs of pumps to save on postage, but now that the boots have been cancelled I'm really disappointed; If it wasn't for the boots I never would have ordered anything at all.

As soon as I had my confirmation email for the pumps, I emailed CS to ask about the boots, as there were still some on the website in the size below, which may have fit me. They never got back to me and now the boots have ALL GONE

I know they'r only a pair of boots, but it made me happy thinking they were on their way!
