Post Bankruptcy...

Hi All,
Just looking for a bit of advice.
I filed for bankruptcy in September 2007 and was discharged in Febuary 2008.
I have recently been on equifax for a copy of my credit report and am shocked to see all my debts still outstanding!!! The IVA which I entered, prior to bankruptcy, is showing on my report but not the bankruptcy.
Who's responsibility is it to inform my creditors of the bankruptcy? And how do I get my credit record updated to show the true facts? As I have changed address since (and was discharged from bankruptcy) most of the creditors have got me down as changing address and not informing them, when I believed I had no legal obligation to do so!
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks
