sky broadband/talk discount deal vs talktalk

Hi, please be gentle...this is my first post, I have been stalking this site for months and thought it was about time I started contributing to the cause!!
So sorry if this post is in the wrong place but I'm learning
Anyway, just wanted to say I managed to save a bit of money with Sky the other day.
I have seen the adverts for talktalks broadband and phonedeal for £6.49 - £17.74 including line rental. I'm currently paying £20 (going up to £21 in Sep!!) for the line rental - £10, mid broadband - £5 and unlimited talk - £5. Always looking to save money I called sky to say I was thinking about going to talktalk as their package is practically the same and they include free 0870/0845 no's after 6pm. They offered to discount my package to £15 for the next 6 months - a wee saving but it all adds up!! Oh and they also said that in the last few days had added the free 0845/0870 no's to their package - not checked that one out yet!
(I use the saynoto0870 site but sometimes you need to use the horrible 0845 no!!!!)
