Evening everyone, hopless cook here....on a hm hyper so cooking all sorts...stuck a stew in earlier to freeze up, beef, carrots, parsnips, swede and stock...do i put anything else in? Im thinkin herbs, spices? that sort of thing...i've got a cubord full of the stuff (left to me by my mum when she went to oz, but dont know what to do with half of it(but thats another thread hehe) ive gone through it and no general spice, the two things ive found that look remotly usuable in a stew are special blend season-all(paprika,chilli pepper, pepper, garlic, nutmeg, corriander, cayean) and a zanzibar island spice mill(salt, sesame, fennel, corisnder, peppercorns, aniseed cinnamon, ginger, cloves and dried onion)
confussed much?!
i might just chuck in some salt and be done hahahahaha:rotfl:
