Just a reminder if anyone is on NTL....
from April 1st they are charging a £10 late payment fee if the bill is not settled by the time the next one is due.
Also the charge for not paying by Direct Debit is increasing from £1 to £4 from 1st June...

Also note that from early May ther tele number changes re customer services...no longer an 0800 number cheeky *** ...so will cost and we all know how long it takes to get through...so if i hav to ring them it will be via ther sales number which remains an 0800 one...and get put through from ther.0
