There the footless really thick ones almost like leggings,was after some anyway cost less than if I`d Ebayed some and good quality

But I did get a pair of black leggings for £14, were supposed to be £15 + £4 delivery, but used the £5 off.

£14 for a pair of leggings.... about the average price, but hey I don't have to go out in the rain and get them.
