Had any problems with overpaying with HSBC?

Hi,
I'm just wondering whether anyone else has had problems with hsbc? I've overpaid in cash in person (and also via fasterpayments) and have at least on TWO occasions had problems re.
- mis-calculating interest (refunding me via mortgage and then ignoring loss of compounded interest);
-gathering my TWO separate cash payments together, and then 'deciding' when to place this onto the mortgage (so I've lost interest);
-failing to offer me a receipt when I've paid in cash over the counter.
- stating by letter of my reduced monthly payments, and then sending another letter contradicting this..............it goes on.........
I've a fairly low mortgage now, so will stick with them until it's paid on entirely.
