Hello all,
I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I had a subscription to a magazine around January 2008, but cancelled a few issues later (A weekly magazine and cancelled by February 2008). Late last year (10 months later), they said I owed them for 2 issues that they hadn't taken the money out of my bank account for, so I phoned them and paid them for them, even though I was mighty annoyed about it, and they assured me that it was all paid off now. I just received an e-mail stating that there is one more issue I haven't paid for, and I just sent them a letter and, in a nutshell, told them to "F*** off", lol.
My question is this - I petitioned for my bankruptcy around April last year. Will this be covered in that? I'm so hoping it is so I can send a copy of it and they can finally go to hell, since I'm sure I paid for all those issues, but I don't think there is any way to verify since all my accounts have been closed for over a year now.
Thanks in advance.
