Hi Im New here.
Im thinking of Signing off JSA soon after 5 months!! for a break away e.g a month to visit family who live in europe and was wondering is there a time limit to sign back on JSA when I come back and still be on the JCP books with my old claim with the person who sees me instead of a brand new claim with someone esle?
Many Thanks for your Attention

You can sign on when you return, depends how long you are away and if there are any changes to your circumstances as to whether its a new claim or a rapid reclaim. Are you on JSAC or IB as your conts may be running out soon?0
