Free eye test at Donald and Atchinsons and free nectar points if you buy glasses from them.
Remember once you have your eye test you need to get a copy of your prescription you can get glasses anywhere then
couldn't find an exp date on this, assume it will have one when you download the voucher. Hope is still good. need oh eyes testing. need to get to a printer

No I think this one is still in date. When you click on special offers you get this message.Great news D&A have teamed up with Nectar. We are giving away a massive 2,000 points when you buy glasses and a free eye test worth £25. When I clicked on NHS I realised I quallifyed for a free test anyway. At my last test they said
I needed glasses for reading. I wonder if I can get a free pair on the NHS?GONE ENGLAND0 -
If you live in Scotland , eye tests are free to everyone from 01/04/060

Oh, this is quite good because normally they say its free if you get glasses as well.
Worth getting the prescription and then moving on to other places to get better glasses. This reduction is not dependent on the purchase of a complete pair of glasses (frames, lenses and professional services)I wonder if I can get a free pair on the NHS?
It depends on your NHS reason. If its age related or glucoma/diabetes related, then it's only the sight test you will get for free. If you get any benefits such as income support, pension tax credit or you have complex lenses then you will get an NHS voucher towards your glasses. The voucher value depends on your prescription and whether you need just a single pair or bifocals and the severity of your prescription. Most people are entitled to £32.90 (the basic amount) with their vouchers.
If you are looking for free, I'd recommend Specsavers since they have an "unlimited choice" offer where you can use your voucher
£39 frames+lenses become nothing, £59 becomes £10, £75 becomes £15, £99 becomes £20? Ok, they're probably slightly off... but you get the picture
