Just rang my MP & spoke to his secretary.

She struggled to remember who it was after all the changes but believes it is now Yvette Cooper.

    Yvette is Ed Balls' wife...

Nothing like keeping it in the family..

    ;)

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi

I wrote directly to the then Under-secretary of DWP, Lord mcKenzie of Luton, some time ago, and got things moving big time.

The current incumbent of this position is Helen Goodman MP, so it might be worth writing to her.

If you want to get things moveing faster go through your MP and ask them to write on your behalf, work with me you will get an answer then as it is official and the CSA have to go with it.

To update, Maybe Helen Goodman has moved on, according to the Cabinet Office List of Ministerial Responsibilites, the unfortunate incumbent is Kitty Ussher MP.
    CHILD SUPPORT AGENCY
The Child Support Agency (CSA) is an Executive Agency of the Department for Work and
Pensions. The CSA exists to deliver a professional, efficient and sensitive child support service,
which plays its part in ensuring that children, whose parents do not live together, are financially
supported and kept out of poverty. Its role is to make a speedy and accurate assessment of child
maintenance, ensure that this is paid on time, and help clients as they go through this activity.

No wonder the CSA is aimlessly floating around with no-one at the helm. They seem to jump ship quicker than rats when sinking!

There is that side of it, but more likely they have been cought with their hand in the till, with the amount of expences that we are paying them to dothe job that they seem to be able to mess up so well!
