Natwest tracker mortgage

Hi, are there any Natwest / RBS tracker mortgage customers here? I found their offer at 2.99% tracker for 80% LTV very attractive as it offers significant initial savings compared to any other fixed or tracker mortgage in the market. I also understand the BoE interest rate risk, but I am nervous about Natwest/RBS changing their "Natwest Bank Base Rate" at their discretion without any change in the Bank of England Base Rate. Although the FAQs on the website say that it always follows BoE rate.

Any advice?
