Just wondered if anyone can give me some advice.
I have a good credit rating and have had a self cert mortgage for the past 4 years.
My husband used to have a bad credit rating and had an IVA which was paid off a year ago. He has no debts or anything now.
We are happy with our mortgage but we would now like to move to a bigger house, i cant borrow more on my existing mortgage as it is a self cert so obvioulsy only goes on my earnings, our combined earnings are very good and we can easily afford a bigger mortgage but we need to find a mortgage company that will take us both on as a joint mortgage.
Does anyone know if we would get a mortgage and if so who would be best to use??
Thanks for any help anyone can give!
