ok, I'm not really sure where this should go but does anyone here know Miso Noodle Bar? I think it may be a London thing but i'm sure some of you on here are from "daan sarf"
Anyway, i think the deep fried prawns and baked spare ribs they do are the best i've ever had :happyhear but they are just starters and a bit too expensive to eat as much as i want to (probably a good thing for my waistline and heart)
So basically i want to cook them at home but have never been able to find/recreate the recipes properly.
The prawns there are so garlicy and salty and crispy and i just can't get it the same at home after many attempts. the ribs as well, the meat just flakes off the bones and i've just never been able to find any recipes that even come close at home.
So 1, has anyone else tried these dishes and know what i'm talking about and 2, can anyone help me recreate them at home?
