does anyone have a wedding spreadsheet, for budgeting etc, that I would be able to pilfer? My best mate is getting married on 26th June 2010, and I am getting married possibly the year after (still to set a date!)

We are both crap at budgeting, and excel makes my brain hurt  (I can never get it to do the calculations etc!), and would love if anyone had a spreadsheet we could borrow.

Also a checklist in word format?

My PC is on a total go slow and I have been trying to search on the forum but I am slowly losing the will to live, its like the dial-up days!

Shamelessly copied from my own post on the Great weddng planner thread, it is a basic spreadsheet but easy to edit/personalise.

If you have Microsoft Office you can easily do your own planner. Open up excel click on the office button at the top right then on the drop down menu click NEW and templates should be listed click on BUDGETS several will be listed in the next box 1 of which is WEDDING BUDGET it's very simple with a column for estimated cost's & actual costs (if I can do it anyone can) It is so helpful for keeping a track of things, it's too easy for spending to spiral without realising.
I hope this was helpful to someone, and I apologise if my instructions are rubbish. I'd been bugging my oh to do a spreadsheet for me for almost a month (he works in account's) then the other night he said there is probably a template on there do this that & the other and tadah I did it:j
