FINALLY got through the bulk of the invite writing this weekend, so we can start to send them out, yay!

And I had my Toile dress fitting too. It's looking like the idea will work, so the next step will be getting the proper material & having the real thing made, weeeee!

OH is way ahead of me though, he already has his shoes & suits for him and the groomsmen.
Meanwhile, my dress is still to be made & BMs dresses can't be picked for at least a month, eek!

Cor, you're lucky!! My OH just needs to buy shoes and a shirt, it's painful. And he's never going to buy them if he doesn't actually visit a fricking shop!

I've finally found the bridesmaids dresses! Yay! :T:j:T

And my invite artwork is finished (OH's graphic design student friend did it) so I need to get them printed.

Having a rubbish wedding planning day and need somewhere to rant!

Had an email from our VW campervan man this morning to say he is having to cancel on us, and I'm gutted. It was my one indulgent, don't need it but I'm having it, expense - it was one thing I knew I wanted - the first thing I booked - and now I can't have it. I know its not the end of the world but I still need a sulk for a bit.

To be fair he seemed very sorry and has promised to give our refund back, but I'm gutted. Fortunatly oh is off today so has been ringing around trying to get another one, but can't get one as cheap or as nice as what we were going to have. I thought people might be able to do us a deal to get such a late booking, but they just seem to want to put the price up to really make my day worse. Grr.

I actually feel a bit better now for the rant!

Kezz - what style / colour are your BM dresses?
I've looked at so many recently, my head is reeling!

In other news, people have started to revieve our invites - had a couple of messages letting us know so far, so hopefully we might start getting some RSVPs from the early birds

We have found one that is available, but it is nealry £100 over what we were already paying (and that was already a lot), which isn't very mse is it?! I've gone over budget anyway, so this really isn't helping! :rotfl:

Misscoupon - Thats very exciting stuff, bet its a good feeling, where are you off? Ours comes st8 out of the bank on at the start of may, atm it looks quite healthy, it wont do after that :rotfl::rotfl:
