New offset mortgage?

Hi
My current offset mortgage with IF is due to come out of a fixed rate period in October and I am probably going to have to take my business elsewhere to get a competitive rate.
I would prefer another offset but would be open to other mortgage products - my term remaining is 20 yrs. Is there an offset on offer that is competitive or anything else?

Check out First Direct - I am in the process of remortgaging with them on an offset, rate fixed for 3 years - have found them very helpful answering all my many questions!
