mortgage with a dmp

hiya
just looking for some advice i am currently in a dmp with about 3 defaults last one about 18 months ago

I have a mortgage of £65000 on a house valued at approx £120000 it is only 2 beds and we have 2 kids and another on the way it is cramped now so we wont be able to manage when the other one comes, someone has offered us a house perfect size for £175000 when others are going for £200000 in same road it just needs some decorating.

Another option is that our inlaws have just paid off there mortgage and maybe willing to be guarentors for us could this work and how

thanks in advance

...and what is your gross income??? How are you going to afford the repayments on a £120,000 mortgage if you can't cope with a £65,000 mortgage?
