Well that would be you and most of the forum and the world (is not wanting people to default to want to buy a house greed? Or any modern lifestyle?)

    Can't say I wish you all dead.

Again why make out bulls are nasty yet thank the same behaviour. That is hypocritical.

I think it is fairly pointless defending the indefensible, you tried to make some one out as nasty but yet you support people being nasty.

Would love to know how bears (who want cheaper housing for all) are selfish and greedy.

High house prices benefit no one apart from the money masters.

Unfortunately it is the greedy that tend to make things happen in a capitalist society, some bad but mainly for the good.

What about all the people that get trapped in NE and can not sell, or trade up as the family grows?

What about the the building and construction industry which will suffer, and lead to job loses and maybe even their houses.

You don't care about anyone as long as you get a cheap house.

    What a vile answer.

Why is it that it's always the bulls who are odious characters?

i could describe you as a 'have not' or even a 'loser' because you haven't got anything...

you're very quick at calling a bull debt-laden or a muppet aren't you just because they have a different opinion of you... but you come on here trying to look and act all innocent...

What about all those taxes that we are told are coming our way due to housing market falls here and the US  Not to mention public sector cuts.

The people who get trapped in NE can simply put their lives on hold as many others have.

Other industries will blossom. Why are the building and construction ones so special?

And cheap houses benefit ALL not just me. :T

The problem was the boom / bubble, not the subsequent bust we are seeing now.

Why didn't anyone think of people wanting to trade up, start a family etc, then?

Sorry if you evaperate 50% of the value of houses you have just wiped out every job and bank.

could you explain the benefit for others than just you or a FTB. (but the country going bust I do not see as beneficial to either)
