Callanetics Classes

Does anyone know of any Callanetics Classes in Essex?

Would love to try this but they all seem miles away.

If anyone could help, i'd be greatful!

Hi, your post caught my eye cos I used to do callenetics in the 80s from a video:rotfl:as funny as that may seem the exercises were excellent and really worked quickly, I didn't even know you could do a class, I'm in Essex too so would be interested in any replies:)

Hi I had a response from a company who run a class in Maldon, but too far away for me, ideally, Basildon- Southend would be great. Let me know if you hear of anything, thanks

I know you want classes (and I'm no help being a "Friend in the North") but the DVD is available from ebay; I paid £6.00 and superfast delivery with no p&p.

Can't imagine doing most of the exercises in a class situation myself - much prefer my own sitting room - although I have no barre, the back of an armchair is a good substitute.

Hello Ladies,

I am the Callanetics Instructor in Maldon.

I have 2 ladies that travel from Southend and they come Wed eves and Sat ams.

Its a fantastic class for tightening and toning the body like nothing you ve ever done before.

As for the DVD I have put my own mark on my classes and they are so popular!
