As far as I know with regards the "Free" Andrex items, you have to collect tokens a pack of andrex rolls has one token etc, But as well as collecting tokens you have to pay P&P for the items. Once you have collected enough tokens for the item you want you still need to pay the P&P on top of that! Please correct me if I'm wrong or is this a different promotion!

there should be tokens printed on the packet I think, that's what they usually do

yep, code is inside the plastic bag that the toilet roll come in. The bags are marked "collect my puppy points & your in for a treat" in a big yellow bubble. My 12 pack (9 + 3 free) got me 10 points.

Look for a navy blue strip on back of packet,thats your code u need for the puppy points.Had to have a new code given as I couldnt decipher the code on packet on one on them as was hard to read.
