bad credit loans?

Hi everyone, my question is, if you have a bad credit history is it possible to get a loan? as i would like to pay off all my loans and have 1 monthly payment a month, most of my debts are with debt companys now, so i could offer a reduced payement to clear the ebt, but i need the capital, ive tried many places but had no luck! also i am not a home owner.

Thanks
Mark

You kind of answered your own question.

If your current debts are with collection agencies, it is very unlikely anyone is going to give you a loan due to the almost certain prospect of not getting anything back.
