Hi
I went BR on 4th June this year with £20k worth of debt and no assets. Fom reading on here I could be eligible for ED, but was just wondering how likely that was under the Liverpool OR.
I also remember reading that there is a minimum time before you can be considered. How long is that?
The only reason I ask is because a few jobs i've seen recently say they won't consider undischarged BR's .
My entire career has been in banking and now I can't do that anymore I need to find something. At present I am only working as a Waitress so my earnings are below me needin to contribute towards by br.
If i stay like this until AD does that mean that i can then earn what i want without ipa?
Sarah

Good luck with your ED, I went through Lpool OR and found them very "thorough". I was not lucky enough to get an ED.
Fingerss crossed for you though0 -
Thanks, I've got a feeling I won't get ED, but thought I'd see what other peoples experience of Liverpool OR was.
At the interview they did say I would be considered, but I haven't heard anything else from them.Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.

Went BR at Liverpool a couple of years ago...very thorough & helpful (depending on who you spoke to!!)
received ED at nearly 10mnths from them...although ED is NO GUARANTEE wherever you file...rumor a while ago was that all offices were stopping ED because of costs & increase in workloads etcWe all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will0 -
I wasn't at Liverpool but I didn't get ED either. It isn't guaranteed in any event no matter what court you go to.
