Help on Amazon order
crazyshady
Not sure if this is the correct part of the forum for this (probably isnt) but i was just wanting some advice on an order i made last week. It was from a marketplace seller and the estimated delivery period ended yesterday. For some reason yesterday we had no post but there was post today so i guess if the postman was off he would have brought it today. I ordered 3 2gb micro sd cards so their tiny to post. Having looked at the sellers feedback there is one or two instances were stuff hasnt arrived but it seems to be in the past. I just dont know if i should contact the seller or not or leave it a few days. There is a need for the cards as their part of a few gifts which are being given on Friday and i just assumed (and so does Amazon) that since i ordered them 7 days ago they would have arrived well in time for this Friday.
Have i lost my money or should i just wait it out?

when exactly did you order them ? the seller has 2 working days to get them in the post and i believe theres postal strike in the london area [ not sure exactly when/where]This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Oh ok. I ordered them on July 27th but i guess ill wait a few days as the strike could have affected it.0

You ordered on the 27th so the 2nd working day was 29th and they are allowed to use 2nd class post. It is probably just delayed in the post. Amazon also suggest waiting 21 days for delivery and are unlikely to consider a claim before that time has elapsed.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi,
Amazon sellers can indicate when an item has been dispatched. Have you received an email confirming this? If not, then I would email the seller and politely ask them when your item was sent.
If it doesn't turn up, there is usually some way to resolve it, but give it enough time first.
Good luck,
