Just a word of warning to everyone....DON'T USE CENTRAL TRUST.

I took out a loan with them two years ago and the payments have done nothing but go up in direct contrast with everyone else including my mortgage company - very expensive now. Also thrown in was a policy protection plan at usurous rates (my fault as I should have read the credit agreement thoroughly) but no one ever explained verbally that this would happen.
I have asked about a reduction in interest rate/payment but because of LIBOR they can't do it and I don't believe them.
