Pay Off 20K By Xmas? How??

Hiya,
Obviously I am 8 months late on this but I was just wondering how people are trying to pay it off? I have tried to read throguh the post but cant seem to find how and what people are doing to try and pay off their target figures.
I want to look at all avenues before deciding on the IVA.
