:grouphug: pap what made you depressed hun? Is there anything we can help with. I think many of us have been in the binge eating thing, ive certainly spent similar money and sat and eaten for hours..

    Congrats on your 2lb SallyDance_by_pro_amateur.gif

Thanks Sally, no its nothing, all illness related. Problem is I knew a relapse was coming but I just let it take me over. One day I wil get through one but just now I am surviving. it would have been fine and I would of moved on if I hadnt binged Saturday and then emotionally ate on Friday  Ahh well 26days100% now :j
Did your first doll arrive ok Pap?
    I think you're doing great.
Didn't realise you were at the meet.
(Toddles off to look at photos and tries to remember Pap's real name!). I is sooo stupid sometimes.

I was there on Sunday bookie. Dont think there are any pics though :j Yep Mabel arrived she is amazing loads of detail compared to other momiji's I have seen. however the next one is further away than ever

I've still got packs and packs of CD left, probably around 3 weeks worth. Cant bring myself to have them though. That meltdown day is mentioned by my kids whenever I even mention CD, so dont want to upset them :o

Awww bless you Spud, totally understand though. Its best not for your children to get hang-up with food at such an early age so you are doing the right thing. Have you been on your treadmill lately?

Therefore you should think about WHY you feel the need to eat what it is you are eating..

Sammy wow that article sounds amzing. I do agree with your last sentance though and thats what I have learnt today. The problem is when I binge I dont connect with the food. I guess I get some satifaction from it and then its a come down again, I guess if everyone had an answer or solution many emotinal eaters wouldnt have any problems with weight/body image.

Anyways I ave bored you all enough tonight :rotfl:

    evening all -

well done on the 2lbs sally - all good babes, and you know i think you are perfect the way you are.....

call me fickle but have decided not to see runnerman again...i liked him but not enough to see past the fact that he wasn't really what i was looking for, just a distraction really. Hope he and i can maybe be runchums in time, left himlicking his wounds metaphorically or otherwise this afternoon.

I couldn't do concerned girlfriend of the walking wounded when i wasn't 100% into him.

B1tch aren't i? but better to be upfront than stick around and be leading him on....

Not a !!!!!....but just out of a long term relationship....so nice distraction while it lasted but think you are doing the right thing...
