    Its a bit complicated to start with but once you have your head around it, its simple enough. Im only on week 4 (3 weigh ins) and have lost 5 pounds so pleased as I don't have a huge amount to loose and to be honest I have eaten VERY well :)

    hiya spud:D

    I feel better after taking my dogs for a good run this evening, just hated having a bath afterwards, i have got no tiles on my bathroom wall which is a pain its being retiled tomorrow but the wall neds to dry out so i can't have a shower.
    finally curled up on sofa next to my new doggy (we have a no animals on sofa rule;) shhhh)
