SilverScreen rip off? Help?

Options
So, it was the girlfriends birthday, I need a filler...I drop into SilverScreen, they have a sale on!

I buy Dirty Dancing for her, which she loves, get it home and go to wrap it....so I go to peel the sticker off.
It appears theres another stick under the 'Sale' sticker, so being inquisitive I look at the previous sticker....and I find....

The sticker on the right is the January price tag (£4.99) that was under the new March sale sticker shown on the left (£5.99).

Ok so its a pound, its probably not worth bothering with but its still my money.
I can't find *any* contact details on the website to complain, I can't really take it back since its been given to the girlfriend.
I'd just like to tell them that its...well...not on to re-price something as a 'sale' price with a HIGHER price than the previous one.

Not to mention, there have alot of DVD's in this sale, probably about 100 movies, they probably have atleast 10 in stock of each, so that 1000...if they've upped the price by £1 for all of them, thats £1k.
Over all their stores? thats even more money!

(I realise this post may be a bit late as the item was bought ont he 11th March...but I'm at Uni and I've had my Final Year Project to do, all 59,435 words of it......)
Bleh.

Well Silverscreen have gone into administration now anyway, so I doubt they'll be all that bothered if someone complains!

Only been into Silverscreen about twice and don't like it at all as their prices are not as cheap as they make out the Music Zone is better and cheaper if you have to go to the high street shops otherwise I buy online to get better deals

I tend to buy online, mostly from play.com and cdwow as they are often the cheapest...but it was the day before her birthday and I needed some extras quickly :)

It just annoys me they reprice something higher and advertise it as being under a 'sale'.

Ha once I bought 'Unbreakable' in the virgin megastore sale for 9.99

it was all shrinkwrapped so imagine my surprise when I unwrap it open it up to find an MVC sticker for 14.99 behind the disk.
