a quiche with the bacon, eggs, cheese (and mushrooms if you wanted) & pastry mix

an omelette if you dont want to use the pastry mix
savoury pancakes with the batter mix (if you have milk and flour could make a cheese sauce to pour over and sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven :))

serve with pots / rice / pasta whatever

  • Do you have any baked beans?

You could try Beans, bacon, mushroom pasta, add a few herbs/spices - perhaps a tin of tomatoes if you have them? cook them all together minus the pasta (cook this seperate) then when all cooked, mix with pasta put in oven dish and add cheese on the top - pasta bake?

Or scramble the eggs, cook the bacon and mushrooms - again beans would be goos as an addition. Mix them all together, top with mash and cheese and put in the oven - breakfast special!
