How to deal with IPOQ?

Hi there,
I'm about to return my IPOQ back to the RTLU and just to calm my conscience I'd be grateful if anyone who has been in the same situation could answer the following questions:
How long it takes for them to get back to you?
What is the process from here?
Is there another phone interview?
Do they ask for any more wage slips/bills receipts?
I'm saying that my costs have all gone up since the IPA was agreed (with the OR) so I'm hoping they will take this into account and allow things that were allowed before and more as there were a few things I didn't consider the first time round.
I'm putting down the whole truth and nothing but the truth I'd just be happier if I knew the process (as they don't really tell you).
Thanks, Stevo

How long it takes for them to get back to you? - from IPOQ to ED - 56 days or never
What is the process from here? - send forms and wait
Is there another phone interview? - usually no
Do they ask for any more wage slips/bills receipts? - no

How long it takes for them to get back to you? depends on how busy they are,but they do not normally write to you unless they want to impose an IPA. In my experience the RTLU agreed with what my OR had set and actually scrapped my IPA.
What is the process from here? Again depends on if an IPA has been set up already or not
Is there another phone interview? not normally
Do they ask for any more wage slips/bills receipts? Not usually but.....

The RTLU's are part of the Insolvency Service and are usually based in the same building as one of the OR's Offices in each region. They are minimally staffed (as they don't do investigating etc) and deal only with looking after and realising assets.Hi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
