Just received and email cancelling my order as they are out of stock despite receiving a confirmation email at time of placing order

Can they just cancel if they want to? Does the confirmation email not form a contract between us?

Hi This is my first post Got an email to say they are cancelling my order! :mad: I emailed them complaining about this but have yet to receive a reply - surprise surprise!!

Can anyone confirm what should be in the package from Orange for this phone? I don't appear to have a memory card included and my "Get Started" instruction booklet has pages 9 to 23 torn out. There isn't a specific phone manual either. Is this the case with everyone? TIA

Acceptance of your order shall only take place when your credit card is debited or other payment method is cleared. Until then Orange reserves the right to decline the order. No binding contract is created until your order has been accepted.
