Freezing Bread Mixes

I am wanting to freeze some bread mixes for the winter, I think it would work, maybe with a boost of yeast. Has anyone ever frozen bread mix ? I don't mean the dough, I mean the bread mix unmixed, just put in the packets in the freezer.
Thanks in advance.
