emmaHarris wrote:It seems to us Homer J that you actually do not know your industry as well as you may think you do. Or reluctant to admit the faults within or any other reasons we do not know yet? Your answers for a Mortgage Advisor are quite naive and we do believe you actually think the system works as per the FSA handbook MCOB! The FSA & CML chairmen have said this needs still evolving further. Even on Channel 4 News!
Of course emmaharris. little old niave me. I have actually put some sense to your posts and you now realise that I may has discredited you a little so you will do the same to me.
I think people will see you for who you really are on here and I have nothing to prove to you.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I think its safer to throw an egg at John Prescott now!!0

No all you have done is shout down and called for higher authorities to take us off the site and have not provided any support to your responses where on the other hand we are supporting and await someone to discredit even the generliastion or specific points. We also invite any company mentioned here to come and do the same. If we are wrong we will apologise if that is what is required and publish this but without proper debate how will you or us know?0

Why not stop posting, I will stop replying and let the rest of the forum decide whether this topic warrants to stay constantly at the top of this list?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. The rest of the forum…meaning the incumbents or new visitors? New threads can always be started which will of course take precedence. When we came here, we did not want to enter into childish arguments or be bullied. We expected and still do for mature debate. We had not realised that Mr Lewis had placed you in charge of present forum contributors as well as future ones. That is so sad. We still await your point 1.
Should we let people know before coming here that they should check in with you first to see if you 'like' the thread' topic?0 -
why wait for point 1 when my post at 3:37 still needs debating further or do you accept that my niave outlook is right on these points?I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. No. You chose to cover many points, accuse us of responding too much and not keeping to ONE point. Gladly, we can and could dismiss most of what you say so far. It seems that this is like a battle of wills or intelligence more than the points. Provide one at a time and we will respond to each so we can then stop this nonesense and provide the remainder of the forum with contstructive information. We will take your lead?0 -
P.S I get paid travelling expenses and travel in my own time, I get luncheon vouchers so I do not starve. I get paid £45 per visit report I produce. Who gains? I am personally involved as I have a social conscience as well as my full time job outside this debate. The company investing in this research does not gain anything.0
