I was discharged earlier this year, but no-one has said what it actually means to me and the debts that I gave to the OR. Are they all gone?

Yes the debts are discharged as well as you, The OR can continue to realise any assets that were present at the date of BO but cannot touch assets that devolve(that you get) upon you after the discharge.Hi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
