old debts at old addresses

hello,
another query.
I was staying with family for a while had statements of one
debt sent to their address this was over 1 year ago - i have been paying it on time, its upto date, i have now notified them of the change but on their system it still refers to the old address from over a year ago.
Will this complicate matters or not when going BR? it's all in my name
