Thanks everyone for your comments. I've been watching this board for some time now ever since I saw Martin on a local TV chat show called 'Kelly'.
Martin was very informative and I have made a few personal changes based on his advise and also from what I have seen on this board. I especially like the Northern Ireland section as we are always being scr***d over here by mainland companies.
