Best Mortgage deals????

I have just come out of my fixed rate mortgage (Libor) and am looking to re-mortgage on a BOE fixed rate mortgage, what is the best deals around at the moment with which bank/building society... there is sooooooooo many to chose from i just dont know which to go for... do i fix for 2/3 or 5yrs?
If anyone could guide me to the best deal it would be much appreciated.

It depends on many things. What's your LTV? Level of outstanding mortgage? Level of salary? Credit rating?

Might be best to see an adviser?
  • Hi Beecher

Thanks, my credit is A* no defaults, nothing, i made sure on that one because i know most banks will only lend on clean credit of which i have, salary level, salary reflects on (if i wanted to) 300k and i will only need a 60/65% mortgage... there is just so many to chose from just really wanted an idea of what to go for really

I am seeing a mortgage advisor, but need more than one advisors advice.

    Thanks in advance

You could have a look on http://www.moneysupermarket.com/mortgages/
and see what's there. What's your present lender offering you?

What was your fixed deal, and what rate are you going onto? E.g. have you just come off a 5% fixed and are moving to a libor + .5% or base + .5%?
