I have friends who work in the UKs favourite department store. Its very very cut throat. Counters are going which means the staff who worked there are also looking for jobs. The jobs are put up on the notice board before they hit advetising outside . Also because the staff who have lost their jobs track record is known by management, they have a greater chance of actually getting the job.0
