Well, I have finally got my date to petition my BR.
I have got a cancellation for this Thursday!!! I am absolutely pooping myself. I know that it needs to be done & dusted but I am now starting to worry about all sorts of stupid things.
I will let you know how it all goes

No you don't need proof of debts. you need 3 copies of the form, an exemption fees form and proof(if you are claiming the £150 fee) and a passport if you're going to open a bank account with the co-op afterwards!Look down your nose at me and I thumb my nose back at you.

When I spoke to my local court this morning, they told me that I only need 1 set of papers & my £510 fee.
I was under the impression that I had to take 3 sets of completed papers but obvs for my court, I only need the 1. I expect each court differs.0 -
Yes, I guess they are all different.
The High court in London needs 3, thats where I went BR.Look down your nose at me and I thumb my nose back at you.

My local court is in Yorkshire, so probs the reason why. I wish it was all over & done with..
I am panicking that I dont have the papers filled out properly.0 -
Me too.the on line way of doing it is meant to be quicker as the court dont need to do such a thorough check for the reciever. blooming hope so ,i just want to be out of there.0
