How Do You Cope With Unemployment?

I feel so frustrated by the whole thing. I hate hate hate when agencies say oh we will call you back tomorrow and they don't. I have rang one agency 3 times to get some feedback from them but they just ignore me.

Had an interview with the NHS yesterday, got told today they went with someone that had more experience in the NHS, so how do you get a job there in the first place then?
I don't know how much longer I can cope with this!
What annoys me most is that I shouldn't have lost my job in the first place. I was the only one that worked damn hard and cared about what I was doing.:rotfl:0 -
There is a place called 'Starting Point' in the Merseyside area, its a free place to get a CV, and career advice, the jobcentre has info on it, but your not treated like a nobody.I am at a Crossroads in my life and deciding which path to take:coffee:

I dont get down honest reply. I accept what will be will be. Working is not always what its cracked up to be and many people in work arent happy or are stressed out etc or are always moving around jobs.:footie:0

Yes I agree done some really  depressing jobs, for really  bad money. The worst one was a data processing place which I got paid £2.50 only a couple of years ago, and I had to get over 10,000 types an hour, that's when I knew I'm a  bad typist.I dont get down honest reply. I accept what will be will be. Congrats to PocoLocoCoco

I've been unemployed (apart from a couple of temping jobs) for nearly 2 years! Can't even get a simple "thanks, but no thanks" with most. I'm sure they could do a simple e-mail up and bcc everyone. It makes me feel rotten some days and really low. Have half painted my bedroom as I spend so long in there looking for work, but I can't get motivated to finish it! Crafting's my only sanity as it's when I can forget everything.
People who haven't been in this situation have no idea how it feels and as such will make the comments. It may be hard to ignore them, but that's what we need to try and do or they'll add to the craziness that is our lives!!:j I'm not supposed to be normal, I'm supposed to be me:j:dance: Quidco cash back since May 2010 ~ more than £83.13
Must remember to use it more, but every little helps0 -
I think the solution is to step further away from it, don't define yourself by your job or whether or not you have one.
Life is so much more, read up on some philosophy.
