I really need to go bankrupt.
I have saved up almost enough, but now have no job or money coming in.
I really can't afford the court fees
I have signed on, but it might take a few weeks for paper work to come through.
Is the form I use to sign sufficient proof, not to pay court fees (ES40JP)
What happens if I get to court, and don't have the court fees?
Please help, since I want to do this sooner, rather than later.
Cheers Eddie

Hi and welcome,
you will need to wait until you have an award letter as proof, have you claimed housing and council tax benefit too - do you have any letters of an award?
When did you first put in a claim for jsa?
if you have had a payment you can go down to your local job center and ask for them to give you a letter saying Mr X is in receipt of jsa at X amount per week - My job centre did it for me when i got to court and my award letter was dated over a month old. they accepted the letter and i got the fee remission.0 -
Just a quickie, have I got it right that the fees are £360 if you're on benefits and you get the £150 paid for you?I'm not lazy; I'm simply good at delegating.
