I wonder if when counted up, the posts bemoaning duplicate posting would outweigh the duplicates. I would rather see a duplicate than pages of posts having a go about it.;)0

So who would that be then? I think if they knew they might be feeling bullied.Gem+Dave+Kaci wrote:A few people on here seem to think that they're in charge of the thread and it's ok to attack any newbies that decide to post a question they've found, or try to say 'thanks' to someone else.
If you mean me, then please note that my posts have reduced in frequency (and length, too, probably) and I no longer post every midnight with the answers that people used to appreciate. What I do post is usually some attempt at humour - perhaps it just isn't obvious enough, sometimes. Depends on the reader, I suppose.
I plead guilty to Divadee's charge of being off-topic, however, and indeed recently PM'd someone to say that I really ought to spend my time in the Arms instead of here.

Hi, BasilBASIL wrote:with regards to buying stuff off amazon via PB, does anyone know if that also includes their second hand books?
I always thought that the second-hand books advertised on Amazon were actually offered by other sellers using Amazon's site.
Perhaps this is not the case. Sorry this isn't of much help.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

Hi Basil
I ordered an Amazon book (new) from a seller rather than Amazon itself at the end of March and was credited with the piggiepoints, very quickly too.
