Try clearing your cookies, it seems to be a common prob.

Darragh

I have emailed postmaster@pigsback.com about 20 times about this but please could you look into why I haven't received the 200 bonus piggypoints for doing my first ever CDWOW order through pigsback, (I've received my 'normal' points for the transaction).

I also haven't received my referal points for my dad and brother accounts (both have ordered rewards now!)

I've PM you my email address and their's
Thank-you in advance (hopefully!) :D

Hello, due to some of the content on our website - commercial, advertising or online gaming - I'd feel it's better that Pigsback.com is targeted at a more mature audience. We try to be as sensitive as possible and keep our "hard" advertising to a minimum, and in reality there isn't that much on our website to appeal to a younger audience. As stated before, we don't email anyone under 18 (who when they registered told us they were under 18) with any of our commercial offers, surveys or competitions.

However your post has made me think of something, so let me check this out for you and I'll get back to you in the next couple of weeks...

Thanks

Darragh

Thanks very much for your reply Darragh.

I'm now looking forward to seeing what you come up with. I know that there is the colouring competition on the site for kids, but at 11, he feels a bit old for this

Had an unexpected surprise - three stress piggies turned up in the post today. They are a great gift at the moment. A very stressful time! Thank you to Darraghd and all at Pigsback. I vaguely remember asking for them months ago but had totally forgotten so was a lovely jiffy bag to open!

Hey, there's absolutely no problem with this - just email us at postmaster@pigsback.com with your old and new number and we'll update it for you! Bear in mind though that we're getting a lot of these queries since the new system was introduced so it may take a couple of days, but we're not ignoring you, I promise :)
