Sometimes our reward emails go astray unfortunately (spam settings, safelists and the like but generally always check your "collect rewards" page on site (Homepage -> Rewards -> Collect Rewards (on left hand side)) or just log onto your Pigsback.com Account and click on

E rewards should be there (unless we're out of stock which happens rarely, thanks be to goodness) in order of when you ordered. If not, just ask your daughter to drop me a mail to postmaster with Darragh in the subject line or PM me her regsitered email address and I'll look at it as soon as I can!

I had posted this before I'm sure but we WON'T be getting Amazon on as a reward in the near future - they are unfortunately very expensice and we'd have to charge an extortionate rate to you guys in PiggyPoints to make it worth our while. Sorry, but if things change, I'll let you know.

can you help...

i'm still waiting for the national lottery points from October (promotion was on 400 points), after sending email every week and the confirmation email (when requested)to postmaster i still have not heard anything and rarely recieve a reply.
I have made sure that the address is on my safe list..
