I wanna buy a Taz Chocolate Bar

I want to find and buy a Taz chocolate bar. Quite simple really! I've not seen one in ages and I need one, or a few, for me and my friend ...

I think you can buy them separatly at Tesco for 10p. Try your local shop. Do you mean the chocolate bar with the caramel in the middle? I always get Taz and Frogg chocolate bars mixed up. Makro do both though.

Yes, you can still buy Taz here. I have never heard of a caramel Freddo bar. It was definatly Taz at Makro.

I bought a box of "Freddo" caramel bars recently and in the small print on the box it stated this bar replaces the Taz bar! I hadn't even missed Taz bars until I read that.

I work in a hospital and am sure they sell them (maybe Freddo's though) so I will have a look tomorrow when i go in and will post my findings.

I remember Costco selling them in boxes

Was in our local ASDA-Walmart last night and they had loads of Freddos (at 10p) but no Taz.

Hi All,

They did seem to stop making Caramel Freddos for about six months from last summer for some reason, but the warehouse that the newsagents I work in started to restock them earlier this year! The boss tried several places, Makro, Costco & Booker, neither had the Caramel Freddos at all for a good while, I can only assume some sort of manufacuring problems, as the sold very well!

The Taz bar was officially replaced by the almost identical Caramel Freddo btw, probably the sponsorship deal with Warner Brothers (for the Taz name) ran out!

I believe these are meant to be increasing in price to 15p as well soon, going by the RRP anyway, once all the 10p marked bars sell out!

They sell Caramel Freddo's in our local shop rather than Taz's also.
