They have Country life on offer of two for £1.50 which works out at 75p per pack.

I'm all for saving money... but importing butter from NEW ZEALAND... absolutely ridiculous! What's wrong with UK cows?! Anchor is the same - from NZ.
Not having a go at the OP... just a mini rant about the absurdity of it.TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!0 -
Online Country life is 80p a pack (reduced from 95p).
I wonder if the offer was out of date in Tesco as there were quite a few on Monday i.e. Linda Mc Cartney pies were marked as 3 for £3 but went through as £4 (so I had £2 back) and Herbal Essence shampoo that was marked £1 went through at £2 and CS said outdated signs still up.

I`ll pretty much eat anything, but sometimes you have to draw a line.0
