Hi sorry Im new here and didnt know where to post this re-loan I got. Girl at bank promised that they would reduce interest on my loan in 6-12 months time when I had proved that I paid it regularly. It is now 5 years on and they now say I have to take out a new loan if I want lower interest . She lied to me. I had someone with me and they said I should believe her. I disagreed at the time but finally she was so persuasive . I am so angry because I was mis sold this loan.0

To be honest girl in bank would have absolutely no way of knowing if they would reduce loan interest in 6/12months.
She might have said ''Might'' or ''maybe'' but not deffo. That is my opinion anyway.
Why did you not get a loan cheaper elswhere if you were not happy with the rate charged?
If this is your sole reason to say it is a missale you should give in now as you have no chance of winning.0

Sounds like the friend you had with you was also in on the scam to rob you.
You could take your friend to court and get him/her to pay the remainder of the loan.Beware of imitations e.g. Robert Sterling0
