When do they take the house?

3rd party enquiry

Jointly owned house. Husband still paying mortgage, ex wife still living there. She is bankrupt (last November). He has had a letter saying property is 'subject to bankruptcy order', but that was back in April. Since then has heard nothing. Doesnt communicate with ex. When and how do they start taking the house? He really needs to get rid of it. !

Any advice would be gratefully received.
